About a year has passed since Rezkar's last release on Mixomat, the Headlights EP. And holy s***, the man is on climb ever since. With net releases as well as vinyl releases on Altered Moods, Time Theory and Meakusma and upcoming releases on Running Back he is just taking off and there's no sign of stopping now. But: this exposure of stagelight doesn't put an end to the deepness of his music though. Far from it, as his tracks on the Horizons EP prove. Hear for yourself.

Selected tracks from the Mixomat Recordings catalogue will become available on a collector's item vinyl release sometime early next year.
The compilation - the project title has yet to be determined - will consist of two volumes, one contributed by Altered Moods and one contribuetd by Mixomat.
Stay tuned for more infos on the tracks included and the release date.

The new year starts off well with three nice & smooth deep house tracks full of soothing sounds and atmospheric pads by Adrian Juarez from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The Guaymallén ep contains three tracks of deep music with a tech house body and an ambient head.
Keyboard loops appear here and there, looking for the climax and flowing joined to hypnotic passages.
The pads emerge, subtlely enriching the texture to complete this approach to interior landscapes.

This EP stands for several aspects in my life. First of all to be true with all the things around you, to keep in mind who you are and to spread some love around to the people who care about you and vice versa. Give and take, that's the essence in life.
Maybe it's a breakfast you prepare for your beloved, who knows? Stylistically the EP is dedicated to the US deep house scene this time. Dreamy as always but taking some further steps into musical programming. Not a lot of variation in the tracks but not as minimal as the previous EPs. Because to tell a story is all that i need.
a long time coming and here it is, immer.chic's follow-up release to their debut ep on mixomat recordings. gregory and julian gave us some tracks from which we selected these three cuts to be featured on their second release, called the "filtered impressions ep".
stylistically they maintain their broad and varied influences. they take off with the minimal flavored techhouse of "the day (with an urban flair)" to the beautiful deeeep "ambient dub" moods of "maelstrom" directing us to a downtempo chill called "dreams".
The time has passed fast like the wind since our last release of Franck Goss fabulous musical impressions. We scheduled this release for a long time ago but due to some different circumstances it was not possible to do it. Our busy phases may be over for a while.
Mando Mango alias Armando Saller, well known editor and owner of ch:ffremag a magazine specialized in reviews of suitable netlabel releases, shows us his skills and feelings for mindful and danceable house/tech music. Just enjoyable. Get it here!!!

[MIX004] Igor O. Vlasov - Schöne Momente EP available
Igor O. Vlasov is a producer from Moscow, Russia who has had releases on Handheld and Harlequin before. His first release on Mixomat Recordings features four tracks of beautiful deeptech vibrations. Four soulful and emotional melodic tracks that lift your spirit up while they keep you in a chilled mood and are aimed directly at your home stereo headphones where they will live up to greatest effect. And if all this beauty wouldn't be enough, with "Rapid Ascent" the Schöne Momente EP also features a track that is made to rock the dancefloors.
Mixomat Recordings welcomes on board Rafal Poreba aka Tepresto.
His "Modulare EP" offers four tracks which can be located in the realms of ambient, dub and minimal."Chord" is a deep minimal track which was produced using only one sample, while "Minimale Bewegung" leads us to a world of dramatics and relaxation.
The third track "Filtered Cluster 0.78" is a classic deep dub track in which Rafal shows us his world, the here and now, in a reflective and drastic atmosphere.
Closing the EP is "Colibri Modulare" which Rafal himself describes as "African Minimal".
immer.Chic’s first release on Mixomat-Recordings contains 4 tracks that show a great variety in musical styles. It can be located between danceable tech house and nice downbeats.
The Headless Ep offers music that is not dominated by any form of concept. Instead of that immer.Chic created some tracks that correlate to their moods and feelings. They drifted with the music.
“immer.Chic” was founded in the summer of 1999 by Julian Jöckel and Gregory Schuchmann from Darmstadt, Germany, as a consequence of their intense passion for electronic music.
Julian and Gregory knew each other since their childhood but became close friends in the age of 17 as they realized their nearly similar tastes in music and other parts of life. Both are deeply influenced by their elder brothers, who grew up in times when the first waves of electronic music hit Germany.
Julian and Gregory’s main issues in producing music is to seek for an intense atmosphere and something that is usually called ”groove” or “funk”. So, they produced a lot of tracks in all different kinds of electronic styles since 1999, working together with different musicians, or just with synthesizers and a computer.
